RESOLUTION NO. 1-96
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and is hereby appointed, as a member of the
Construction Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm Beach.

Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this
Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
