AMENDING THE PURCHASING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE VILLAGE OF
NORTf I PALM BEACH TO ADD SECTION 1 I FOR ACCOUNTING AND RECORDING OF
FIXED ASSF,TS AND AMENDING SECTION 5.01 TO INCREASE THE PURCHASE ORDER

NOW, THGREI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Purchasing Rules and Regulations of the Village of North Palm Beach to
include Section 11 titled "Fixed Assets Accounting and Recording" attached hereto as Exhibit

Section 2. Section 5.01 of the Purchasing Rules and Regulations of the Village of North Palm
Beach is hereby amended to read as follows:
• "5.01 Use of Purchase Orders
I'or all regular purchases of $500.00 or more the purchase order will be used. Exceptions are
enumerated in number 5.05 and sections 6 and 7"
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
