RESOLUTION 50-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP WHICH SHALL
SUPERSEDE THE PRIOR OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN AND SEAL THE NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida does
hereby adopts a new official zoning map which supersedes the prior official zoning map
adopted November 10, 1994, in accordance with provisions set forth in Section 45-17 of
the "Zoning Ordinance" -Appendix C, of the Village Code of Ordinances. The Mayor is
hereby authorized and directed to sign the original of the new official zoning map attested
by the Village Clerk with the Seal of the Village.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9TH DAY OF NOVEMBER , 1995.
