A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN
A CERTAIN PLAT KNOWN AS SANCTUARY COVE AND SETTING FORTH
RESTRICTIONS THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and
directed to sign the original of that certain plat known as Sanctuazy Cove, Village of North Palm
Beach, signifying hereby the approval of said plat by the Village Council of the Village of North
' Palm Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8TH DAY OF NNE, 1995.
