1995-025 Relocation of Marina Operations Trailer Harbour Point Marina RESOLUTION 25-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A MARINA OPERATIONS
TRAILER WITHIN THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS HARBOUR POINT
MARINA FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED ONE (1) YEAR; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the master developer of the Harbour Point Marina Planned Unit Development has
requested to relocate a marina operations trailer to a different site within the Planned Unit
Development and until a marina operations building is constructed; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reserved the right to make minor modifications in the
Harbour Point Marina Planned Unit Development.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does
hereby authorize the relocation of the marina operations trailer within the Planned Unit
Development known as Harbour Point Marina as set forth in that certain document entitled
"Modification to Harbour Point Marina PUD" prepared by GBSH Architects, Inc. consisting of
one (1) page and attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A".
' Section 2. The operations trailer shall be removed from the Planned Unit Development
one (1) year from the effective date of this Resolution or upon completion of construction of a
marina operations building, whichever event first occurs.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
