A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF RUSSELL TRUCKING, INC., PALM BEACH GARDENS,
FLORIDA, DATED APRIL 17, 1995 FOR FURNISHING AND INSTALLING A WATER
MAIN ON WABASH DRIVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,900; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED
FROM A5206-66001, WABASH DRIVE ASSESSMENT ACCOUNT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Russell Trucking, Inc., Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,
dated April 17, 1995, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
The monies are to be expended from A5206-66001 (Wabash Drive Assessment Account)
in the amount of $23,900.00.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
