A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 14, 1995.
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of March, 1995, a General Election was held in the Village of North
Palm Beach, for the purpose of electing Councilmen to the Village Council for Groups 2 and 4, and
WHEREAS, by due resolution the following named persons were appointed inspectors, clerks and
deputies of said election:
North Palm Beach Community Center -Precincts 34 and 53:

WHEREAS, on March 14, 1995, said inspectors, clerks and deputies, after taking and subscribing
their oaths in accordance with law, made their returns to the Village Council, which returns certified that
the total count of ballots cast, including absentee ballots, is 2,351

Charles R. O'Meilia 1,613 votes

For Village Councilman, Group 4:
Manny Grinn 645 votes
V. A. Marks 1.203 votes
Bob Rowe 423 votes
and,
WHEREAS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of said General Election and find
that the returns of the inspectors, clerks and deputies of said election are true and correct tabulations of
the votes cast;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council finds and declares that the following are the results of the
General Election for March 14, 1995:
For Village Councilman, Group 2:
Eston E. Mullinix 136 votes
Charles R. O'Meilia 1.613 votes
Tim Page 521 votes
For Village Councllman, Group 4:
Manny Grinn 645 votes
V. A. Marks 1,203 votes
Bob Rowe 423 votes
Section 2. That the following candidates are hereby declared to be elected to the respective
offices as follows:
Village Councilman. Group 2:
Charles R. O'Meilia
Village Councilman, Group 4:
V. A. Marks
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
