A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MUNICIPAL SALES AND LEASING, INC., OF TAMPA,
FLORIDA, FOR THE PURCHASE, MOUNTING AND DELIVERY OF ONE REFUSE
PACKER BODY IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,710.00; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM
ACCOUNT NO. A7020-66410 (SANITATION -AUTOMOTIVE).
BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Municipal Sales and Leasing, Inc., Tampa, Florida, a copy of

which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No.
A7020-66410 (Sanitation -Automotive).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
