A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BSACH, FLORIDA,
ACCBPTING THE BID OF SOUTHLAND SQUIPMSNT CO., BARTOW, FLORIDA, FOR
THE PURCHASE, MOUNTING AND DSLIVSRY OF ONS REFUSE PACKER BODY IN
THE AMOUNT OF X21,983.00; FUNDS TO BE SXPSNDSD FROM A7020-66410
(SANITATION-AUTOMOTIVE).
BE ZT ABSOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BSACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Southland Equipment Co., Bartow,
Florida, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. A7020-66410 (Sanitation-Automotive).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
