A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE SID OF TRSB PRO, INC., LAKE PARK,
FLORIDA, FOR TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL AT THB NORTH PALM BEACH
COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,026.25; FUNDS TO BS
EXPENDED FROM Ls045-33430 (TRSB TRIMMING).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
section i. The bid of Tree Pro, Inc., Lake Park, Florida,
Florida, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account L8045-33430 (Tree Trimmittg).
section 2. This Resolution should take effect immediately
upon passage.
