A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THS 8ID OF KILPATRICK TURF BQUIPMBNT,
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA, FOR THS PURCHASE OF TWO WALK BEHIND
GRESNSMOWERS AND ONE BUNKBR RAKE FOR THB NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY
CLUB GOLF COURSE IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,165.00; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED
FROM L8045-66490 (MACHINERY &BQUIPMBNT); AND REJECTING THB BID FOR
A TRIPLEX GRSSNSMOWER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Kilpatrick Turf Equipment, Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, a copy of which is attached to this
Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach
in accordance with its terms, for two walk-behind mowers and one
bunker rake; excluding the bid on one triplex greensmower. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account L8045-66490 (Machinery & Equipment).
section 2. This Resolution should take effect immediately
upon passage.
