A RESOLUTION OF THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MARTIN RESURFACING, INC., HUNT VALLEY,
MARYLAND, FOR THE REFINISHING OF THE GYMNASIUM FLOOR AT THE NORTH
PALM BEACH COMMUNITY CENTER IN THS AMOUNT OF $18,700.00; FUNDS TO
BE EXPENDED FROM A8028-34620 (R&M-BUILDINGS).
BB IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Martin Resurfacing, Inc., Hunt Valley,
Maryland, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. A8028-34620 (R&M-Buildings).
section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
