A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS OF CONSTRUCTION OF
PUBLIC POTABLE WATER LINES ALONG WABASH DRIVE,
CIRCLE AIRE SUBDIVISION, AN UNRECORDED PLAT,
WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH; AND,
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHF,REAS, the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, has
r.,ompleted a preliminary assessment roll for proposed improvements
of constructing public potable water lines along Wabash Drive;
Circle Aire Subdivision, unrecorded plat, within the Village of
' North Palm Beach; and
WHF,REAS, Florida Statute 1.70.07 requires the Village
Council to fix a time and place at. which the owners of th? property
to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear
before the Village Council and he heard as to the propriety and
advisability of making such improvements, as to the cost. thereof,
as to the manner of payment therefore, and as to the amount thereof
to he assessed against each property so improved.
RF, IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLOF.I DA
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm
Reach, Florida, does hereby establish and set a public hearing on
' Thursday, August 25, 1994, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of
the Village Hall, 501 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach, Florida.

er.,tion 2. At the time and place specified in Section 1 of
this Resolution, the owners of the property to be assessed and any
other persons interested therein may appear before the Village
Council and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making
such improvements, as to the costs thereof, as to the manner of
payment therefore, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed
against ear.h property so improved.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
