RESOLUTION NO. 23-94
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE VILLAGE
CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT AND SETTING FORTH RESTRICTIONS
THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are
hereby, auth ed and directed to sign the original of that certain plat known
as Harbour Point Marina, Village of North Palm Beach, signifying hereby the
approval of said plat by the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida. The approval set forth above is not an approval accepting the plat for
maintenance by the Village.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF
