A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING SEVEN MEMBERS TO THE EQUITY STUDY COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed to the Equity
Study Co m asi n as indicated herein:
Charles Isiminger
Melissa Nieminen
Rick Morgan
J. Terence McManus
Jim Pittard
Bill Wadsworth
Stanley Weiss
Section 2. Members shall perform the duties of the Equity Study
Commissio- n n accordance with the specifications set forth in Resolution 21-94.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy
of this resolut on to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
