RESOLUTION NO. 19-94
A RESOLUTION OF THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THB BID OF ZAMBSLLI FIREWORKS MANUFACTURING COMPANY,
INC., NEW CASTES, PA, FOR FIREWORKS DISPLAY IN THS AMOUNT OF
$6,750.00 TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT A8229-34932 (PUBLIC EVENTS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of X6,750.00 by Zambelli Fireworks
Manufacturing Company, Inc., New Castle, PA, a copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. A8229-
34932 (Public Events).
section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
