A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NOt2TH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA,ACCEPTING THE BID OF BUDGET FENCE COMPANY, WEST PALM
' BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TENNIS COURT FENCING, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $7,455.60 TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO.
A8028-34620 (R&M BUILDINGS & GROUNDS)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The bid of Budget Fence Company, West Palm
Beach, Florida, a copy of which is attached to this
Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
said bidder of this acceptance. The bid award amount of
$7,455.60 is to be expended from Account No. A8028-34620 (R&M
Buildings & Grounds).
' Sections 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.

the contract to be taken and it is made without any connection with any
other person or persons making proposal for the same article and is in
all respects fair and without collusion or fraud.
The undersigned further declares that he hae carefully examined the
specifications and is thoroughly familiar with its provisions and with
the quality, type and grade of materials and labor gelled for.
