A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF MOBILE FIELD OFFICE COMPANY, RIVIERA BEACH,
FLORIDA, FOR THS FURNISHING AND SETUP OF A 24 FT. X 36 FT. MODULAR
BUILDING ON A THRSS (3) YEAR LSASS BASIS, WITH A ONS-TIME SETUP
CHARGE OF X1,400.00 AND X420.00 PER MONTH FOR A THREE (3) YEAR
LEASING PERIOD OF SAID MODULAR BUILDING; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM
A5711-35800 (SUBSTATION-NORTH) FOR THB PURPOSE OF OPERATING A
PUBLIC SAFHTY SUBSTATION ON CAROLINDA DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Mobile Field office Company, Riviera
Beach, Florida, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is
hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance
with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are
to be expended from Account No. A5711-35800 (Substation-North).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
