A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THB BID OF STSPHSNSON POOL FILTERS, PORT CHARLOTTE,
FLORIDA, FOR TWENTY-NINE (29) BOWSER BRIGGS TYPE POOL FILTER
ELEMENTS IN THB AMOUNT OF :y6,525.00; FUNDS TO BS EXPENDED FROM
ACCOUNT L8051-66490 (POOL CAPITAL, MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT).
BS IT RBSOLVSD BY THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Stephenson Pool Filters, Port
Charlotte, Florida, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution,
is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance
with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are
to be expended from Account N.o. L8051-66490 (Pool-Capital,
' Machinery & Equipment) in the amount of 6,525.00.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
