RESOLUTION N0. 50-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE PERSONNEL REGULATIONS FOR THE VILLAGE
ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION N0. 17-82 BY AMENDING
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCUMULATION OF EARNED
ANNUAL LEAVE; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL
PARTS OF THE PERSONNEL REGULATIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
HEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subsection "d" of Section 10.01 b)3 of the
Personnel Regulations of the Village is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"(d) Earned annual leave accumulated as of
' September 30, 1993, must be used by December
31, 1993, or it is lost. Earned annual leave
accumulated from and after October 1, 1993,
must be used during the fiscal year in which
`it is eligible to be taken. It may be carried
to the following fiscal year and must be used
during that fiscal year or it is lost."
Section 2. All parts of the Personnel Regulations in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
