A RESOLUTION OF THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THS BID OF BSRNARDO SHUTTER CORPORATION, POMPANO BEACH,
FLORIDA, FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF ALUMINUM STORM
SHUTTERS FOR VILLAGE HALL IN THB AMOUNT OF $14,356.00, TO BB
EXPENDED FROM A5509-66210 (CONSTRUCTION & MAJOR RENOVATION).
BE IT RESOLVBD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Bernardo shutter Corporation, Pompano
Beach, Florida, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is
hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance
with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are
to be expended from Account No. A5509-66210 (Construction & Major
Renovation).
' Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1993.
