R2022-01 Prosperity Village PUD Final PlatRESOLUTION 2022-01 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR THE PROSPERITY VILLAGE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, through the adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-12 ("PUD Ordinance"), the Village Council approved the Prosperity Village Residential Planned Unit Development on approximately 2.33 acres of vacant real property located on the west side of Prosperity Farms Road south of Allamanda Drive; and WHEREAS, Section 6(J) of the PUD Ordinance and Section 36-14 of the Village Code require the developer to obtain final plat approval from the Village Council; and WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the final plat is consistent with the requirements of Chapter 177, Florida Statutes, and the Village Code of Ordinances; and WHEREAS, the Village's Planning Commission reviewed the final plat at a public hearing held on December 7, 2021 and recommended approval of the plat; and WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best interests of the residents of the Village of North Palm Beach. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows: Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein. Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves a final plat for the Prosperity Village Planned Unit Development, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and authorizes the Mayor (and Planning Commission Chair) to execute the final plat on behalf of the Village. Section 3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption. OF JANUARY, 2022. C MAYOR
