RESOLUTION NO. 41-43
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING A CAPTI'AL IMPROVEMENT
RESERVE FOR COUNTRY CLUB AND ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM
1992-93 COUNTRY CLUB BUDGET TO THE SAID RESERVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VII.LAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida hereby establish a Capital Improvement Reserve for Country Club and allocate
$100,000 from the 1992-93 Country Club Budget, account number 1.8070-49920 (Reserve-
Capital Contingency) to the said reserve account number L0000-24791.
bSection 2. All Capital Improvement Projects to be funded from this
Reserve require prior approval from the Country Club Administrative Board and the Village
Council.
S i n This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption.
