RESOLUTION NO. 40-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF LBSCO, INCORPORATED, ROCKY RIVER, OHIO, FOR
THE PURCHASE OF ONE TRIPLEX GREENS MOWER, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$8,700.00, TO BE EXPENDED FROM LS045-66490 (MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Lesco Incorporated, Rocky River, Ohio,
a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. L8045-66490 (Machinery & Equipment).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
