A RESOLUTION OF THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THS BID OF VITALS FIREWORKS MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC.,
NEW CASTES, PA, FOR FIREWORKS DISPLAY IN THS AMOUNT OF X7,350.00 TO
BS EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT A8229-34932 (PUBLIC EVENTS).
BS IT RESOLVED BY THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of X7,350.00 by Vitale Fireworks
Manufacturing Company, Inc., New Castle, PA, a copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, ie hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. AS229-
34932 (Public Evente).
' Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
