1993-037 Implements Hiring Freeze Policy' RESOLUTION NO. 37-93
A RESOLUTION OF THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THS VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, IMPLEMENTING THS HIRING FRSS2S POLICY ESTABLISHED
UNDER RESOLUTION 11-92 OF THS VILLAGE FOR THS PERIOD COMMENCING
AUGUST 12, 1993 AND EXPIRING ON A DATE TO BS DSTSRMINBD; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of North Palm
Beach has established a hiring freeze policy when vacancies occur
in employment positions within the Village under Resolution 11-92
of the Village;
WHEREAS, the Village Council is desirous of implementing the
hiring freeze policy for the period of time set forth in this
Resolution.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
' FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida, does hereby implement the hiring freeze policy
established under Resolution 11-92 for period commencing August 12,
1993 and expiring on a date to be determined.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF AUGUST , 1993.
