' RESOLUTION NO. 16-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THB BID OF FLORIDA HIGHWAY PRODUCTS, INC., BARTOW,
FLORIDA FOR LATEX MODIFIED EMULSIFIED ASPHALT PAVING COURSE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $29,000.00, TO BS EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO. A7321-34681
(STREET RESURFACING).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Florida Highway Products, Inc., Bartow,
Florida, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The approprlate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. A7321-34681 (Street Resurfacing).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
' passage.
