A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF GLOCK, INCORPORATED, SMYRNA, GEORGIA, FOR
FIFTEEN GLOCK 9MM PISTOLS FOR THE NORTH PALM BEACH PUBLIC SAFETY
DEPARTMENT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$6,055.30; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT A5711-66000 (CAPITAL).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Glock, Incorporated, Smyrna, Georgia, a copy of
which is attached. to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North
Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are
hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. A5711-66000 (Capital).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
