' A RESOLUTION OF THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, DECLARING THS RESULTS OF THS GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON
MARCH 10, 1992.
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of March, 1992, a General Election
was held in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, for the
purpose of electing Councilmen to the Village Council for Groups i,
3, and 5, and
WHBRSAS, by due resolution the following named persons were
appointed inspectors, clerks and deputies of said election:
North Palm Beach Community Center - Precincts 34 and 53:

WHEREAS, on March 10, 1992, said inspectors, clerks and
deputies, after taking and subscribing their oaths in accordance
with law, made their returns to the Village Council, which returns
certified that the total count of ballots cast, including absentee
ballots, is 4,234.
For Village Councilman, Group 1:
Judy M. Pierman 2,573 votes
Penny Sheltz 1,339 votes
For Village Councilman, Group 3:
Manny Grinn 1,603 votes
Gail H. Vastola 2,380 votes
For Village Councilman, Group 5:
Larry Rudner 1,654 votes
Tom Valente 2,282 votes
and,
WHEREAS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of
said General Election and find that the returns of the inspectors,
clerks and deputies of said election are true and correct
tabulations of the votes cast;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council finds and declares that the
' following are the results of the General 8lection for March 30,
1992:
For Village Councilman, Group 1:
Judy M. Pierman 2,573 votes
Penny Sheltz 1,339 votes
For Village Councilman, Group 3:
Manny Grinn 1,603 votes
Gail Vastola 2,380 votes
For Village Councilman, Group 5:
Larry Rudner 1,654 votes
Tom Valente 2,282 votes
Section 2. That the following candidates .are hereby declared
to be elected to the respective offices as follows:
Village Councilman, Group 1:

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
