RESOLUTION NO. 46-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING CERTAIN OFFICERS FOR SUCH VILLAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
section i. The following person be and he is hereby named
to the following office of the Village of North Palm Beach:
Jerry Gardner President Pro Tem
Section 2. The above-named officer shall take and
subscribe an oath before an officer duly qualified to administer
oaths that he will faithfully and impartially execute the duties of
his office according to the best of his ability and understanding,
which said oath will then be filed with the Village Clerk and
spread upon the Minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above-named President Pro Tem shall hold
office until his respective successor shall be elected in
accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the Village and
' shall qualify.
Section 4. The above-named officer shall receive no pay or
emolument of any kind except as provided by resolution of the
Village Council.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10TH DAY OF DECEMBER , 1992.
