A RESOLUTION OF THS VILLAGB COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF CON-TECH, WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA FOR TREE
WELL CONSTRUCTION ALONG THS INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY AT THE NORTH PALM
BEACH COUNTRY CLUB IN THS AMOUNT OF $12,352.00, FUNDS TO BS
EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT L8045-34620 (R & M-BLDG. & GROUNDS).
BE IT ABSOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Con-Tech, West Palm Beach, Florida, a

copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. L8045-34620 (R & M-Bldgs. & Grounds) in the amount of
$12,352.00.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
