1992-34 Establishes Reserve Account for Lakeside Park Erosion Control' RESOLUTION NO. 34-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A RESERVE
ACCOUNT FOR LAKESIDE PARK EROSION CONTROL
PROJECT AND ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM 1991-92
FISCAL YEAR GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO THE SAID
RESERVE.
BE ZT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida hereby establish a reserve account for Lakeside
Park Erosion Control Project, account number A0000-24791 and
allocate $97,500.00 from the 1991-92 account number A8023-66210 to
the said reserve account.
' Section 2. The Village staff are hereby authorized and
directed to use this reserve strictly and solely for Lakeside Park
Erosion Control Project and other related matters.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24th DAY OF Sgptember ,1992.
