RESOLUTION NO. 33-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A RESERVE
ACCOUNT FOR TWIN CITY MALL PROJECT AND
ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM 1991-92 FISCAL YEAR
GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO THE SAID RESERVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida hereby establish a reserve account for Twin
City Mall Project, account number A0000-24792 and allocate
$4,500.00 from the 1991-92 account number A5206-33196 to the said
reserve account.
Section 2. The Village staff are hereby authorized and

directed to use this reserve strictly and solely for Twin City Mall
Project and other related matters.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
