A ABSOLUTION OF THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A RESIDENT MEMBER TO THS PENSION BOARD FOR
POLICE AND FIRS EMPLOYEES OF THS VILLAGB OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BS IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGB COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
section 1. The following person be, and is hereby
appointed, as resident member of the Pension Board for Fire and
Police Employees of the Village of North Palm Beach:
Paul D. Moore 6/30/94
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
shall be as set forth in Ordinance 1-92.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF JULY, 1992.
