A ABSOLUTION OF TH6 VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCBPTING THB BID OF PAR BX, DIVISION OF VIGORO INDUSTRIES, WINTER
HAVEN, FLORIDA FOR 11 TONS OF 15-0-15 FERTILIZER WITH RONSTAR, IN
THE AMOUNT OF ;10,047.95, FUNDS TO BB BXPSNDSD FROM ACCOUNTS L8045-
35223 AND L8045-35230.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BBACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Par Sx, Division of Vigoro Industries,
winter Haven, Florida, a copy of which is attached to this
Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach
in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. L8045-35223 (Fertilizer)
' in the amount of ;4,019.18 and L8045-35230 (Pesticides &
Herbicides) in the amount of ;6,028.77.
section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
