1992-20 Appoints Reps to NAMAC1
RESOLUTION NO. 20-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING ONE REPRESENTATIVE AND ONE ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO
THE COORDINATING COUNCIL CREATED UNDER THE NORTHERN AREA MUTUAL AID
CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY THE VILLAGE AND VARIOUS OTHER
MUNICIPALITIES AND THE PALM BEACH COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD; AND,
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village of North Palm Beach has entered into a
Northern Area Mutual Aid Consortium Agreement with various other
municipalities and the Palm Seach County School Board;
WHEREAS, the Northern Area Mutual Aid Consortium Agreement
creates a coordinating council to oversee and facilitate the
operation of the consortium and provides that each member shall
appoint one representative and one alternate representative who are
elected officials or management personnel of the member
jurisdiction to the coordinating council.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North
Palm Beach does hereby appoint one representative and one alternate
representative to the coordinating council established under the
Northern Area Mutual Aid Consortium Agreement:
Representative: V.A. MARKS, M.D.

BRUCE F. SEKERES
' Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
