A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A POLICY THAT ALL PERSONS APPOINTED
BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL TO REPRESENT THE VILLAGE ON THE
BEACHES AND SHORES PRESERVATION BOARD AND MACARTHUR
CONSERVATION CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS SHALL APPEAR
BEFORE AND MAKE A PRESENTATION TO THE VILLAGE COUNCIL AT
LEAST TWO (2) TIMES PER CALENDAR YEAR AND THAT THE PERSON
APPOINTED TO REPRESENT THE VILLAGE ON SEACOAST UTILITY
AUTHORITY SHALL APPEAR BEFORE AND MAKE A PRESENTATION
TO THE VILLAGE COUNCIL AT LEAST FOUR (4) TIMES PER CALENDAR
YEAR; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council does hereby establish a
policy that all persons appointed by the Village Council to
represent the Village on the Beaches and Shores Preservation Board
and MacArthur Conservation Corporation Board of Directors shall
appear before and make a presentation to the Village Council at
least two (2) times per calendar year and that the person appointed
to represent the Village on Seacoast Utility Authority shall appear
before and make a presentation to the Village Council at least four
(4) times per calendar year, as designated by the Village Council.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
