1991-05 Bid Award to BPS for Asphalt Paving
RESOLUTION NO. 5-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF BPS, HILLIARD, OH, FOR ASPHALT PAVING COURSE
IN THE AMOUNT OF X35,098.20, TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO. A7321-
34681 (R & M SLURRY SEAL).
BE IT ABSOLVED BY THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of BPS, Hilliard, OH, a copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. A7321-
34681 ( R & M Slurry Seal).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1991.
