A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THS BID OF SOUTHERN CONCRETE PAVERS, INC., LECANTO,
FLORIDA, FOR AN ALTERNATE BID TO PROVIDE LABOR AND SQUIPMBNT FOR
CONCRETE CART PATH INSTALLATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS
IN THB AMOUNT OF X25,270.00; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT
L8045-66210 (CONSTRUCTION & MAJOR RENOVATION).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM SSACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Southern Concrete Pavers, Inc.,
Lecanto, Florida, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution,
is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance
with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby
directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are
to be expended from Account No. L8045-66210 (Construction & Major
Renovation).
' Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1991.
