A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THS BID OF ZIMMERMAN TRSS SERVICE, LAKE WORTH, FLORIDA,
FOR SECTIONS ONB AND FIVE OF THE BID SPECIFICATIONS IN THE AMOUNT
OF $4,400.00; AND ACCEPTING THS 8ID OF SNAPP TREE SERVICE, INC.
BOYNTON BEACH, FL, FOR SECTIONS TWO, THRSS AND FOUR OF THS BID
SPECIFICATIONS IN THS AMOUNT OF ;4,400.00; FUNDS TO BE EXPENDED
FROM ACCOUNT NO. L8045-33430 (TRSS TRIMMING).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
section 1. The bid of Zimmerman Tree Service, Lake Worth,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, and the bid
of Snapp Tree Service, Inc., Boynton Beach, Florida, copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, ie hereby accepted by the Village
of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. L8045-
33430 (Tree Trimming).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22nd pAY OF AUgUSt 1991.
