A RESOLUTION OF THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
' FLORIDA, APPOINTING A VILLAGB CLERK FOR SUCH VILLAGE.
BE IT RESOLVBD BY THB VILLAGB COUNCIL OF .NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Kathleen F. Kelly be and is hereby
appointed and designated as Village Clerk in and for the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida; and ahe ie hereby vested and delegated
all of the powers and duties incident to said office, effective as
of December 31, 1990.
section 2. The above named officer shall take and
subscribe an oath before an officer duly qualified to administer
oaths that she will faithfully and impartially execute the duties
of her offices according to the best of her ability and
understanding, which oath will then be filed with the Village Clerk
and spread on the minutes of the Village Council.
section 3. The above named Village Clerk shall hold office
until her successor shall be appointed and shall qualify, and
' during the pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 4. The above named officer shall receive a
starting salary of X25,000 per year, said salary to be paid in
equal weekly installments.
