FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THS MAYOR, THS VILLAGE CLERK AND
THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICES TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT.
' BS IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THS VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Village Clerk and the Director of
Public Services be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
sign the original of that certain plat known as A Portion of Road
R/W Basement For Allamanda Drive Bast, Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, signifying hereby the approval of such plat by the Village
Council of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1990.
