FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THS BID OF WORRYBIRD ENTERPRISES, LAKE PARK, FL,
' FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE IN THB AMOUNT OF $5,700.00 FOR THS PERIOD
OCTOBER 1, 1990 THROUGH SSPTSMBSR 30, 1991. THS FUNDS ARS TO BE
EXPENDED AS FOLLOWS: $3,420.00 FROM GENERAL SERVICES ACCOUNT NO.
A5509-33490, LAWN MAINTENANCE, AND $2,280.00 FROM LIBRARY, ACCOUNT
NO. A7927-33990, LAWN MAINTENANCE.

BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Worrybird Bnterprises, Lake Park,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
' terms. The appropriate Village officials ara hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended as follows: $3,420.00 from General Services Account No.
A5509-33490, Lawn Maintenance, and $2,280.00 from Library, Account
No. A7927-33490, Lawn Maintenance.
section 2. This Resolution shall take effect October 1,
1990.
