A RESOLUTION OF THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
' FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THS BID OF DEVINS ENGINE AND GSNBRATOR, INC.,
LAKE WORTH, FL, IN THS AMOUNT OF 515,650.00, TO FURNISH AND INSTALL
A 30 KW GENERATOR SET IN ACCORDANCE WITH THS SPECIFICATIONS. THS
FUNDS ARB TO BS EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT NO. A5509-66490 (MACHINERY &
EQUIPMENT).
BS IT RESOLVED BY THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Devine Engine and Generator, Inc., Lake
worth, FL, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
' terms. The appropriate Village Officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. A5509-66490 (Machinery & Equipment).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
