A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE (7OUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A RESERVE
ACCOUNT FOR GAS TANK LEAK AND ALLOCATING
' FUNDS FROM 1989-90 FISCAL YEAR GENERAL FUND
BUDGET TO THE SAID RESERVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida hereby establish a reserve account
for gas tank leak, account number A0000 - 24790 and allocate
$95,000.00 from the 1989 - 90 General Fund Budget Gas Tank
Remedial, account number A5522 - 34615 to the said reserve
account.
Section 2. the Village staff are hereby authorized
and directed to u se this reserve strictly and solely for gas
' tank leak and othe r related matters.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect im-
mediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF September 1990.
