TO BE EXPENDED AS FOLLOWS: ;2,285.23 FROM GBNSRAL SERVICES ACCOUNT
N0. A5509-33490, LAWN MAINTENANCE, AND X1,698.77 FROM LIBRARY,
ACCOUNT NO. A7927-33490, LAWN MAINTENANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Worrybird Enterprises, Lake Park,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended as follows: $2,285.23 from General Services Account No.
A5509-33490, Lawn Maintenance, and #1,698.77 from Library, Account
No. A7927-33490, Lawn Maintenance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
