The Village is physically reintroducing the public to its meetings while still adhering to CDC guidelines. A limited number of members of the public will be permitted in the Council Chambers on a first come, first served basis; however, seating capacity in the Council Chambers is limited due to the presence of staff and others scheduled to appear before the Council. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro -forma nature. RESOLUTION – Approving the purchase of a Whirl-a-Round for the Anchorage Park playground from Playmore West, Inc. d/b/a Playmore Recreational Products & Services at a total cost of $9,468.35. 8. RESOLUTION – AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE Consider a motion to adopt a resolution approving the Master Fee Schedule adopted as part of the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget to remove the collection of credit card fees. 16. RESOLUTION – GOLF CARTS, UTILITY HAULER, SHUTTLE, AND BEVERAGE CART LEASE Consider a motion to adopt a resolution accepting a proposal from E-Z-GO, a division of Textron, Inc. for the lease of eighty GPS equipped golf carts, one utility hauler, one shuttle and one beverage cart at an annual cost of $169,059.84 and at a total cost over thirty-six months of $507,179.52. 17. RESOLUTION – POLICE VEHICLE PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a resolution approving the purchase of one 2020 Ford Interceptor Marked Hybrid Utility Vehicle from Bartow Ford at total amount not to exceed $51,666.30. COUNCIL AND ADMINISTRATION MATTERS MAYOR AND COUNCIL MATTERS/REPORTS VILLAGE MANAGER MATTERS/REPORTS REPORTS (SPECIAL COMMITTEES AND ADVISORY BOARDS) ADJOURNMENT If a person decides to appeal any decision by the Village Council with respect to any matter considered at the Village Council meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based (F.S. 286.0105). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person who may require special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the Village Clerk’s office at 841-3355 at least 72 hours prior to the meeting date. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council.
