A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A RIGHT-OF-WAY
EASEMENT TO FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to sign that certain Right-of-way Easement to Florida
Public Utilities, copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by
reference made a part of this resolution.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23RD DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1989.
