' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIIX~: Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby appointed a member of the Code Enforcement Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1989. HAROLD MARTING Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Code Enforcement Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance Nos. 19-79, 25-79 and 16-82 of the Village of North Palm Beach. Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above. Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
