RESOLUTION NO. 5-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIIIn,,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF TEN-8 FIRE EQUIPMENT COMPANY FOR MINUTEMAN FIRE TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIIk1:
Section 1. The bid of TEN-8 FIRE DQUIPMENT COMPANY, copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are
hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
section 2. The purchase of the Fire Truck is to be carried out per
Resolution No. 38-88 adopted December 8, 1988 by the Village Council of North
Palm Beach, Florida, approving the Master Lease Purchase Agreement by and
between the Village of North Palm Beach and Southeast Bank Leasing Company.
Section 3. The Village shall make the monthly payment for the next
sixty (60) months to Southeast Leasing Company after the Village acquires the
fire truck, subject to annual budget appropriations to be made after fiscal year
1988-1989, at the discretion of the Village Council.
' Section 4. The Village shall appropriate sufficient funds annually
for the lease payment until this lease obligation is paid in full.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
